Did you know, if you pay cash for your land, you can use that equity in your land as your DOWN PAYMENT on your home ?! Yes you can! If you are able to pay cash for your land, you not only save yourself on the higher interest rates of a lot loan, but you can then utilize that land value as your down payment on your build and often come out with no down payment when you build! It’s a tough and unique market right now, but this is certainly an option, and something an experienced land and new construction Realtor can help you with.

Phew….had one of the most difficult closings of my entire career this week y’all…..I’ll keep names out of it, but I really truly encourage all attorneys and real estate professionals to remain kind and courtesy at all times even when we disagree or have a tumultuous transaction….this is what sets us apart as professionals and it’s what can make or break a clients comfortability with us…..glad this one is behind us ha, but we made it!
