🏡 CLOSED! 🔑

No closing photos this time, just a whole lot of teamwork, patience, and putting out fires! 😂 Between build delays, simultaneous closings, and a month full of unexpected twists, we went right down to the wire with the moving truck loaded and finally got the green light to release the keys! 🔑🙌

It wasn’t the smoothest road to closing, but getting our clients into their new home made it all worth it!

📍 Looking for more home for your money? Casa Grande is worth considering! While it’s a little farther from Phoenix, it offers easy freeway access, more affordable home options, and a growing community with plenty of development ahead.

Sometimes looking just a little farther out can open up more possibilities. 🏡

Got to spend some time with this amazing human 💛

Beth may work behind the scenes as our transaction coordinator, but she is so much more than that. She keeps everything running smoothly for our clients, catches the details we don’t even see, and makes sure every deal gets to the finish line.

But more importantly… she’s a dear friend.
