🏢 Condo median price: $296,500 — unchanged
⏳ Time to contract: 53 days for homes | 76 days for condos

📍 SARASOTA COUNTY
🏠 Single-family median price: $485,000 ⬆️ 7.8%
🏢 Condo median price: $335,000 ⬆️ 6.3%
⏳ Time to contract: 51 days for homes | 77 days for condos
