Sold in 4 days! Jubilee has a huge increase in inventory and the Days on Market has gone up exponentially in the last couple months. The seller did all the work needed to make this shine, we priced it right and marketed it everywhere possible. Houses still sell even in this market.

Last night we hosted a fundraiser and auction in Etta Projects's honor. Live music by popular Pacific Northwest Latin music artist MONA (Camila Ugarte Diaz), scrumptious Columbian food catered by Welcome Restaurant (Ruston) and complimentary w**e, b**r and soda bar served by Etta Projects set the stage for a wonderful evening. Etta Projects' founder Pennye Nixon and director Dino Maccari impressed us with a presentation of their life-changing humanitarian work in rural Bolivia. We're happy to report that 100% of the proceeds from the silent auction and cash donations went into Etta Projects to further their mission.
