Acuity Home Inspection Services was proud to provide state-approved continuing education for real estate professionals today in Blue Ash, Ohio!
Today’s course, Understanding HUD Structural Foundation Certifications in Manufactured Home Transactions, gave local agents and mortgage lenders a closer look at the foundation certification process and how these requirements can impact manufactured home transactions.
A special thank-you to River City Mortgage for hosting the class and providing lunch, and to Acuity Team Members Shawn Mcfarland and James Baumgartner for assisting with today’s presentation.
We appreciate the agents who took time out of their day to attend and continue investing in their professional education.

Big thank you to everyone who attended yesterday’s Ohio-approved Continuing Education class at the Ohio Valley Career & Technical Center!

I’ll be honest… I didn’t know what to expect for my first class, but the turnout absolutely exceeded anything I had imagined. Seeing this many professionals take time out of their day to learn, engage, and grow says a lot about the quality of agents we have in our area.

We covered manufactured home foundation certifications, what lenders are really looking for, and how to avoid surprises that can delay or kill a deal. The conversations, questions, and interaction made this an incredible experience. Special thanks to our guests from First State Bank and Fairway Mortgage for bringing their expertise into the experience.

I truly appreciate every single person who showed up and made this such a success.
