With cold temperatures approaching, please take the following steps to help prevent frozen pipes and weather-related damage:

• Keep your thermostat set to at least 65°F, even if you are away.
• Leave cabinet doors open under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.
• Allow faucets to drip slightly during freezing temperatures.
• Seal windows and doors as much as possible to keep cold air out.
• Report any leaks, water issues, or loss of heat immediately to the office or emergency maintenance. 704.923.8088
