Integra Realty In its early years Integra Realty was a one man shop led by founder and REALTOR Russ Lockamy.

A pioneer in this ever changing real estate market, Integra Realty was formed in 2011 on the premise of bringing excellent real estate services to North Carolina’s current and future residents. We specialize in helping bring buyers and sellers together and making a complex transaction process a breeze for our clients by utilizing the best technology and customer service in the business. Russ became a leading salesperson by going above and beyond and doing all that he could to give his buyers and sellers the best experience possible. “So many real estate companies treat clients as if they are another number, and in those early years, I wanted to establish a business that put the clients first. Our standard of care has always and will always be the Golden Rule, to give our buyers and sellers a level of service as we would want if in their shoes.” says Russ. Following those early years of success, Russ found a passion in leading and teaching other Realtors the new way of doing business that had worked so well for him. In 2018 the business name was changed to Integra Realty, and Integra Realty’s 5 Core Principles were formed to lay a foundation of doing business the right way. Since that time Integra Realty has doubled in size as other like minded Realtors rally to the cause.
