Hi friends 👋 I’m hopping on to show my face and say THANK YOU.
So many of you have asked how I’m healing, sent prayers, dropped off meals, and come to visit. My community has fully shown up for me, and I’m so humbled. The meal train has been honestly invaluable. It’s one less thing on our plate when I’m usually the one doing all the things.
Two surgeries, 8–10 weeks in this lovely brace, and a 6–7 month road to full recovery. I still can’t walk, but the pain is more manageable every day and I’m doing better. (And yes, my hair is clean, thanks to the best team-building exercise ever 😂)
To my team: I’m forever grateful I made the shift to a team when I did. That was God’s timing. Thank you for having my back, taking calls, and making sure my clients are still taken care of.
To my husband: when you see him, give him a high five! He’s been the caretaker, the house cleaner, the laundry guy, and so much more. And to our village helping keep the kids’ activities on track, thank you.
I live and work in the best community there is. Please keep the prayers coming, because this still stinks 🙏❤️
