I know, just what everyone wanted to see, another Realtor posting about a house going under contract. 😂

After more than a week of back-and-forth negotiations, I was able to secure this beautiful home for my buyers at $45,000 BELOW asking price and $95,000 BELOW the original list price! 🤯

For a little perspective, homes in this neighborhood sold for around $490,000 earlier this year! We’re under contract for $370,000.

Sometimes the best deals take patience, persistence, and knowing when to push a little harder.
