The MLS is a fantastic tool that offers THE most current real estate data (compared to Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc.--ALL of these websites pull their data directly from the MLS, so why not just go straight to the source?). I can also pull comps if you want to know what your home is worth, or are interested in selling. Lastly, I can also help you lease your home or rent a home that is for lease.
