The Farmers Market returns to The Lawn at The Lakefront (125 Main St.) on Saturday, October 24, from 10 AM to 2 PM. You’ll find local produce, prepared foods, handmade crafts, and small-business vendors, all with the lake as your backdrop.

My favorite way to do it: shop the booths, grab lunch nearby, and finish with a walk along the water. A great Saturday that’s close to home.

Running 4 Renewal is happening Saturday, October 17, from 8–10 AM near Beard Park (310 E. Eldorado Pkwy). This local race and walk supports neighbors working through addiction, mental-health challenges, trauma, grief, and other hardships.

You can run, walk, or just show up and cheer. Any of those makes a difference. Then you’ll be home in time for brunch.

This is the kind of thing I love most about Little Elm: people showing up for each other.

🎈🎃 One of my favorite fall nights in Little Elm is almost here!

Halloween on the Lake comes to Little Elm Park on Saturday, October 17, with a hot-air-balloon glow, hayrides, food trucks, and live music right on the water. There’s enough going on to keep the kids happy and the grown-ups relaxed for the whole evening.

If you’re in Sunrise Bay or anywhere nearby, it’s a short drive to one of the best views in town. Pack a blanket, grab dinner from a food truck, and watch the balloons light up the lake.
