What you don’t see matters.

From sealing every brick-tie pe*******on, to upgrading to commercial-grade ties, to installing premium through-wall flashing we focus on the details behind the walls that protect your home for years to come.

Because quality isn’t just what you see.
It’s what’s built into every detail.

The best of the best for the best.

Not all wall pe*******ons are created equal. 👀

This is the difference between detailing a pe*******on and simply drilling a hole and filling it with silicone.

A proper pe*******on detail is designed to manage water, movement, drainage, and the continuity of the wall’s water-resistive barrier.
Because silicone should be part of the system—not the system.

Those little details matter.

Every pipe, wire, conduit, or mechanical pe*******on is another opportunity for water to get into the wall assembly. When it’s properly detailed, you may never notice it.

When it’s not?
That tiny hole can become a big problem behind the wall.

Build it right. Detail it right. Don’t rely on caulk to fix a bad pe*******on.

One thing we’ve learned over the years is that not all lots are created equal!!!

We’ve built in developments where the extra steps to properly improve and stabilize the soil just weren’t done! Now whenever we have the opportunity, we choose differently! Yes, these extra things add cost but it’s worth every extra bit as our goal has always been to build the highest-quality home we can within our control!

So when this option came up on our own project, it was an easy decision! Yes! Do whatever needs to be done to make sure it’s done right!!!

And… if you’re building a home don’t be afraid to ask questions! Do your research. Even as builders we still must ask developers the questions about how a lot was prepared, etc… before anything is built on it. That groundwork can have a big impact on how a home performs long-term!

We’re so grateful for what we’ve learned along the way and we’re committed to using that experience and knowledge to keep building better homes!

Good Friday —

When Jesus died, the veil in the temple was torn completely, from top to bottom! What once separated people from the presence of God was removed.

The barrier gone, access fully open! What was once distant is now made near.

The cross, changed everything.

Thank You, Lord, for the cross for tearing the veil and making a way for us to come near. We love you.

Today we honor the life, leadership, and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. —

His courage, conviction, and unwavering commitment to justice continue to challenge us to love more boldly, listen more closely, and serve one another with humility and grace. May we not only remember his words, but live them out through unity, compassion, and action.
.. and yes, we agree... "Love is the only way."
Happy MLK Day. 🤍

A Prayer for 2026 —

As we step into a new year, we pause to pray over our business, our clients, and every family and story we’re honored to serve.

Lord, we thank You for the trust placed in us and for every relationship You’ve allowed us to steward. As 2026 begins, we ask for Your wisdom in every decision, Your favor over every plan, and Your peace in every transition.

Bless our clients with clarity, confidence, and provision. Guide their steps, protect their homes, and let each new chapter be filled with hope, purpose, and joy. May what is built this year whether homes, businesses, or dreams be firmly rooted in integrity and faith.

Cover our work with excellence and humility. Let us serve selflessly, love people well, and honor You in all that we do.

We place this year in Your hands, trusting that You go before us and that the best is yet to come.

Amen 🤍
