Before we start touring homes, there are just a couple of things we need to check off first!

Getting pre-approved and having a buyer agreement in place helps make the home-buying process smoother, less stressful, and a lot more fun when it’s time to start looking.

Ready to start your home search? I’d love to help!

Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families forever changed by September 11, 2001. May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown on that day.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Inspection reports can look a little overwhelming at first 😅 but not every item is a deal breaker!

The key is knowing what really matters. Major repairs, safety concerns, and issues that could affect the value of the home vs. the smaller things that are usually an easy fix.

That’s why having the right agent by your side matters. I’m here to help you understand the report, ask the right questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
