🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! 💙

This one feels extra special! After several months of searching, touring, comparing, and waiting for the right opportunity, my client is officially UNDER CONTRACT on his very first home! 🙌

As a veteran, he’s worked hard to get to this moment, and I couldn’t be more excited to help guide him through such a huge milestone. We both knew we didn’t want to settle just to say we found a house—we wanted to find the right one. And we did! 🥹🏡

Now it’s time to get through inspections, appraisal, and all the moving pieces between here and the closing table. I’m so excited for him and incredibly grateful he trusted me to be part of this journey. 💙

August was a MONTH! 🏡✨

I’m incredibly grateful to share that I finished August as the #1 Agent in both Sales Volume AND Units Sold! 🥇

And when I say there were a lot of moving parts behind the scenes… there were A LOT. 😅 From negotiations and inspections to financing hurdles, timelines, last-minute details, and everything in between, this month definitely kept me on my toes.

But we made it to the closing table on every transaction 🙌🏼 AND got my listing UNDER CONTRACT! 🔑

These numbers are exciting, but what they represent means so much more to me. Every closing is a client who trusted me with a major life decision, a family starting a new chapter, or a seller placing their confidence in me to get the job done.

So happy for Cole and Marissa on the purchase of their very first home together! It was right at 4 weeks from contract to close although we ran into some obstacles, namely low appraisal, we were able to problem solve and persevere to their benefit!

Thankful for Colleen Purkins with Southwest Funding for another successful closing and to D’Ann Andrus and her team at Fidelity National Title for getting us to the closing table on time! Teamwork brought everything together!
