Hello Volunteer Family!

As we look ahead to the holiday season, we’re inviting our Fresno Mission volunteer family to help us prepare for the growing need in our community.

Throughout September and October, we’ll be collecting canned and non-perishable food items to help stock our shelves for the holidays. For many individuals and families facing food insecurity, the holidays can bring an even greater need. Every can donated helps provide a nutritious meal and reminds someone in our community that they are not alone and that someone cares.

Closings increased while the number of active listings stayed the same, bringing available inventory below two months. Homes sold for an average of 100% of list price, although the median sold price declined and homes took a little longer to sell.
