Stronger Together — In More Ways Than One! 🧥❤️

The Ron Rosner Family YMCA of Spotsylvania County is helping us spread a little extra warmth this season!

We're excited to have them join Hometown Realty's Community Coat Drive as an official donation drop-off location!

The YMCA has always been about more than fitness. From youth sports and swimming lessons to group fitness classes, family activities, and wellness programs, they do so much to bring people together and strengthen our community.

And now they're helping us make sure our neighbors stay warm this winter!

Here's how you can help:

🧥 Drop off new or gently worn coats and jackets of any size.

📅 Donations accepted through November 30.

📍 Ron Rosner Family YMCA
5700 Smith Station Road
Fredericksburg, VA 22407

All donated coats will benefit Community Threads, helping local individuals and families in need.

Whether you're heading in for a workout, taking the kids to swim lessons, or just passing by, consider bringing a coat along!

A big thank you to the Ron Rosner Family YMCA team for partnering with us and continuing to make a difference in our community!

Whoever said working from home with a puppy was easy clearly hasn’t had an 8-week-old puppy! 😂🐾

Between potty breaks, keeping her out of trouble, constant supervision, and trying to actually get some work done… let’s just say my productivity has taken a hit but she’s adorable💕

Local Businesses, We'd Love Your Help!

Dylan Lewis and Nealy R. Harding - Realtor are teaming up with Hometown Realty Fredericksburg for our Community Coat Drive benefiting Community Threads, and we're looking for local businesses throughout Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Louisa to join us!

We're collecting new and gently used coats for adults and children through November 30.

There are three easy ways your business can help:

Level 1 — Community Supporter: Share our coat drive or display a flyer.

Level 2 — Drop-Off Partner: Offer your business as a collection location.

Level 3 — Employee Coat Drive: Get your team involved in collecting coats.

No financial commitment needed, just a willingness to help!

We'd also love the opportunity to meet more local business owners, learn about your businesses, and support one another beyond this coat drive.

Interested in getting involved? Comment below, send us a message, or tag a business that might want to participate!

Let's come together and help keep our neighbors warm this winter!

A little lazy Sunday morning over here! Laptop open, dogs sprawled out across the bed, and I’m getting some planning done without having to get up. ☕️😂

I’m working on our November 12 The Louisa County Social Collective event, Connections That Count: Referral 101, and we will be looking for a local business that would like to host us!

I’d love to find a business that wants to open its doors, show off its space, and meet some other local business owners.

Whether you’re just getting started or have been around for years, it’s a great opportunity to get some additional exposure and make new connections.

If you have a space or know a business that might be interested, let me know!

Have a great Sunday~
