REALTOR REALITY
As I was deciding to start my Blog, the thought occurred to me...
“What am I going to BLOG about? I mean, really.....SERIOUSLY... will anybody even read it?
Let's admit it, we’ve all seen the same old real estate blogs on topics such as:
“8, 10, 12 and 99 …. Steps On How To Sell Your Home.”
“How’s The Market Now? TAP TAP....Is this thing on??!?”
“When IS The Time To BUY or SELL or BUY or SELL”
And so on and so on.....
We all basically know that the real estate market has turned and business is booming, especially in Nashville!
Nashville is a city with soul and swagger, there is always something to do regardless of your intrests or hobbies. She's a spicy little/big town with plenty of variety, ranging from the "hot and trendy" areas like the Gulch, "hometown meets high-end" areas like Franklin, and "close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the countryside" areas like Mt. Juliet and Lebanon. The Greater Nashville region has everything you could ever want and more.
Not to mention Nashville was ranked #2 in the nation by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine as 2014's FRIENDLIEST CITY!
People are rapidly moving to Nashville for its unique diversity, incredible charm, deep rooted culture and love of the arts. Nashville is much more than Country music and Country ham...
(Although both are great!)
Having said all that, I believe having one of the greatest jobs in the world is the BEST part of it all!
I get to help people, and I LOVE IT! There is nothing better than helping a family find the home of their dreams, or helping some one buy or sell their home in order to pursue something else. It is really exciting to be in an industry that is ALL about PEOPLE.
Sure, you may say I am a little pie-eyed and a bit Disney-esque, in my thinking. And I am sure there are plenty of people who have had a bad experience or two, but the bottom line is this:
We rise by lifting others up, and my goal is to make an impact in some way shape or form in the lives of others....(and of course achieve World Peace) :)
Well, there you have it….. My two cents worth for the day.
And to my Mom and Dad who will probably be the ONLY two people in the world reading this blog… Thanks for your support; I’ll see you on Thanksgiving.
