Custom home building / Developing / Remodel / Additions Kole Custom Homebuilders. It’s all about the details.

Whether it's a country farmhouse, an Italian villa or your own European castle-inspired home, Gerald's attention to detail and creative abilities transform his projects into masterpieces. Gerald's custom homebuilding experience is unique from other builders due to his early hands-on building projects. Using that experience, he is able to apply his previous knowledge of construction to create his own personal works of art. Along with his superior resume, Gerald's interpersonal skills and dedication to his projects make working with him a pleasure. Kole Construction was founded by Gerald Kole in 1983. He built custom homes on the coast of California for 23 years before moving his family and business to Franklin and the Middle Tennessee area in 1996. Everal Hills of Franklin and Blackhawk of Arrington are two exclusive subdivisions he has created while in Middle Tennessee. His most recent project, Blackhawk of Arrington, is in its final phase and showcases unique European architecture.

S O L D The closing of a chapter in a book that could not have been written without an amazing cast of characters.
Architects, designers, tradesmen, artisans, creatives, laborers, those on the forefront and those behind the scenes, all collectively made this an incredible project we are so beyond proud of and thrilled to hand over to the lovely new owners to begin writing their own story within these walls.
