The market looks like it is coming out of the winter slowness. Interest rates have been holding steady around and below 6% with the possibility of dropping even lower as the 10-year treasury declines. This is good news for both buyers and sellers as the cost for a mortgage might be going down, which would help sellers see more interest in their properties.
