There's a reason Brentwood continues to be one of the most desirable places to live in the Nashville area.

Between the established neighborhoods, beautiful homes, highly regarded schools, and convenient access to both Nashville and Cool Springs, it's easy to see why so many people want to call this community home.

And this home in Carriage Hills is a great example of what makes living here so appealing!

8358 Carriage Hills Dr
4 BD | 2.5 BA | 3,178 SQFT

With a fully renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms, beautiful hardwood floors, and a spacious fenced backyard, this home offers plenty of room to enjoy everyday life.

But what I especially love is the setting. Mature trees, nearby walking trails, and an established neighborhood with the kind of character that takes years to develop.

If Brentwood has been on your radar, come spend some time exploring Carriage Hills and see this home in person!

Come by our open house this Sunday from 2–4 PM, or DM me to schedule a private showing.

Any listing that includes the family dogs in the photos already has my attention!

But there's a lot more to love about this beautiful home in Stephens Valley.

With over $250,000 in upgrades, every space feels thoughtfully considered. Custom millwork, designer wallpaper, beautiful lighting, four fireplaces, and a kitchen with a 48-inch Wolf range are just a few of the highlights.

There's also a screened porch, gorgeous landscaping, a separate guest suite with its own entrance, and even a dog shower!

I love a home that has this much personality while still feeling comfortable and lived in. And clearly, the dogs approve too!

Nashville has been busy welcoming new businesses, and there are quite a few worth adding to your list!

From new restaurants and coffee shops to boutiques, hotels, and unique experiences, these are some of the newest spots around town that you might not have heard about yet.

Whether you're looking for a new date night restaurant, a place to grab coffee, or somewhere different to explore this weekend, there's no shortage of new places to check out.

One of my favorite things about Nashville is watching our neighborhoods continue to evolve while new local favorites pop up along the way.

Have you tried any of these yet? Let me know which ones are worth visiting in the comments!

And if you're thinking about making a move in Nashville, DM me. I'd love to help you find the right home and neighborhood for your lifestyle.

Some homes are so thoughtfully designed that you notice something new every time you walk into a room. This 1930s home in Historic Whitland is one of them.

Reimagined by Michelle Smith of Studio MRS, whose work has been featured in Architectural Digest and ELLE DECOR, this home is full of details you don't see every day.

An AGA range, custom Portuguese tile, a DeVOL sink, imported English marble fireplaces, and some of the most beautiful wallpaper and finishes throughout.

Even the layout was completely rethought, with a relocated staircase, raised upstairs ceilings, and a private office with its own balcony.

And outside? A charming patio with a retractable awning and water feature that feels like something you'd find tucked away in the European countryside.

I think what makes this home so special is that nothing feels ordinary or off the shelf. Nearly every detail has a story behind it.

It's the kind of house you could spend hours walking through and still find something new to appreciate.

There's a reason so many people move to Nashville and end up calling it home for good.

It's not just the music, restaurants, or growing skyline. It's the lifestyle, the people, and the little things that make everyday life here special.

Here are 5 things about Nashville that make people move here and never want to leave:

1. The best of city living with a small-town feel
Nashville has incredible restaurants, entertainment, professional sports, and big-city opportunities, but plenty of neighborhoods still have that welcoming, community feel.

2. The incredible access to nature
From Percy Warner Park and Radnor Lake to the Harpeth River and nearby lakes, beautiful outdoor escapes are never too far away.

3. Neighborhoods with their own personalities
From the historic charm of Germantown to the creative energy of East Nashville and the walkability of 12 South, there's a lifestyle for just about everyone.

4. There's always something happening
Concerts, festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, and neighborhood gatherings mean there's never a shortage of things to experience.

5. The location is hard to beat
With beautiful Tennessee countryside, nearby lakes, mountain getaways, and easy access to other Southeastern cities, Nashville is a great place to call home.

The best part about Nashville isn't always what brings people here. It's everything they discover once they arrive.

Thinking about making Nashville home? Whether you're relocating or exploring a new neighborhood, DM me! I'd love to help you find the perfect fit.

What's one thing about Nashville that would make it hard for you to leave?

CLOSED | Brentwood✨

833 Brentwood Pt, Brentwood, TN

A very special closing today because this time, my buyer is my son!

Helping your own child purchase his first home is one of those milestones that makes this career even more meaningful.

As a real estate agent, I get to help people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. But as a mom, getting to walk my son through that same process and watch him become a first-time homeowner is something I'll never forget.

This Brentwood Pointe townhome is such a great place to start, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, thoughtful updates, and a convenient location near Cool Springs and Franklin.

I'm incredibly proud of him for taking this step and excited to watch him make this house his own.

Here's to new beginnings, building equity, and all the memories ahead!

If you're thinking about purchasing your first home in Brentwood, Franklin, or anywhere in Middle Tennessee, DM me. I'd love to help you navigate the process and take that first step toward homeownership.

Franklin is growing, but some of its best places still feel like Tennessee did decades ago.

And I think that's a big part of what makes this area so special.

You can spend the morning walking past historic storefronts on Main Street, drive by horse farms that have been part of the landscape for generations, and end up on a quiet country road where it feels like time has barely moved.

Here are 5 places that still capture that old Tennessee charm:

1. Historic Downtown Franklin – Original architecture, local businesses, and a Main Street full of character.

2. Harlinsdale Farm – Open pastures and a reminder of Franklin's deep agricultural roots.

3. Historic Carnton – A preserved piece of history that tells an important part of Franklin's story.

4. Old Natchez Trace – Scenic roads, rolling countryside, and some of the prettiest views around Franklin.

5. Leiper's Fork Village – Historic charm, local gathering places, and a slower pace of life.

Franklin has become one of the most desirable places to live in Middle Tennessee, but it's the places like these that give the area something you can't replicate with another new development.

And when it comes to real estate, that character and sense of place can be just as important as the house itself.

If you're thinking about making Franklin home, I'd love to help you explore the neighborhoods and properties that make this area unique.

What other places around Franklin still feel like old Tennessee to you?

Some homes get renovated and lose all their personality. This 1954 mid-century home in Franklin did the exact opposite.

There's so much to love about the design. Gorgeous marble details, custom trim work, designer wallpaper, and a kitchen with beautiful stone countertops and Thor appliances.

But the coolest part? The original 1960s record player and whole-house stereo system have been restored and still work.

And downstairs, there's a fully finished basement with a fireplace and mini bar that feels like the perfect place to spend a Friday night.

Add in a 0.4-acre lot, beautiful landscaping, and plenty of original character, and this house has a little bit of everything.

A little vintage, a little modern, and a whole lot of personality.

Williamson County isn't slowing down anytime soon.

Since 2020, the county has added 24,335 residents, and Franklin is seeing some major developments that reflect just how much this area continues to grow.

A boutique hotel planned at The Factory, a $165 million mixed-use district, and a sprawling new municipal complex are just a few of the projects reshaping Franklin.

And it's not just residential growth. We're seeing more investment in hospitality, commercial spaces, infrastructure, and amenities that will continue changing what this area looks like over the next decade.

Franklin and Brentwood have long been two of the most desirable communities in Middle Tennessee, and with this level of investment, I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Of course, more growth also means more conversations about traffic, infrastructure, housing availability, and preserving the character that makes Williamson County special.

If you want to know how all this growth could impact property values or where I'm seeing opportunities in Williamson County, DM me. I'd be happy to share what I'm seeing.
