Nobody in Nolensville agrees on the best trick-or-treat neighborhood. 🎃

North side people will tell you it's Catalina, Winterset Woods, Benington, or Brittain Downs. South side swears by Summerlyn, Bent Creek, Silver Stream, and Telfair. And right in the middle is Stonebrook, Nolensville's very first neighborhood, still holding its own.

Here's what they all have in common though. Blow-ups in the yards, some spooky, some silly — and plenty of houses handing out more than candy: chili and hot chocolate too. I've lived here 24 years. Nolensville has grown a lot, but Halloween still feels exactly the same. Just as festive, just as neighborly.

So settle it for me: which neighborhood does Halloween best?? North side or south side — tell me in the comments 👇

Watching rates go up while you're planning a move is stressful. I get it. 💛

Here's what I know: you're going to be in the absolute best position if you know your numbers and have someone negotiating for you. And even though at first glance, it may seem to be, waiting for the interest rates to come down is not the best move right now.

And here's a bonus #4 👉 right now, buyers have a lot more room to negotiate. That makes asking the seller to help with a rate buydown much more realistic than it was a couple of years ago.
