At the River Green ribbon cutting ceremony, developer Steve Grissim shared the journey of bringing this exciting project to life. Building in the mountains has come with its challenges, but the vision has remained the same: to create a beautiful community of 60 modern mountain condominiums across 15 thoughtfully designed buildings.

The Franklin Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed River Green Condominiums with a ribbon cutting/grand opening celebration. River Green Condominiums is located on the corner of Depot Street and Iotla Street across from the Little Tennessee River/Greenway.
