First impressions matter, and this foyer is making a good one.

This tile is laid in a diagonal checkerboard pattern, right at the front door, for a stunning entrance to the home. We love it when design choices start to become reality!

When you build custom, you get to decide what matters most. For these homeowners, it was clean water for the whole family.

This whole-house filtration system filters water before it ever reaches the kitchen, bathrooms, or laundry. Small detail, big difference!

Sam built her own RFND custom home, so she knows exactly what it takes to turn a blueprint into a home that fits your lifestyle. Check out some of her favorite features from this build!

Congrats Molly and Mallory! Thanks for being awesome tenants!

✨ TWO YEARS with these two! ✨🤍

I’m so thankful to have these girls as part of KJ’s Beauty Bar! Having twins on the team means double the talent, double the laughs, and double the love! 🫶🏼

They are both incredibly talented, but what I love most is that they each bring their own unique strengths, personalities, and special talents to the salon. I love watching them grow, build their clientele, and create their own paths in this industry!

One of the best things about being behind the chair is having the freedom to build a career you love while still making time for the things that matter most. I’m so happy they made the leap to have the opportunity to create their own schedules, grow their businesses, spend time with their families, and enjoy the balance that comes with being their own bosses. ❤️

Owning a salon is about so much more than hair and beauty. It’s about creating a space where talented women can support one another, grow together, and feel proud of what they’re building.

I’m so grateful you both chose KJ’s Beauty Bar to be part of your journey. Two years down, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you both! Love you girls! 🤍✨Molly Jean Atzinger Mallory Atzinger

This front porch is going to be a stunner! The natural wood against the gray and black makes the whole house feel so warm and inviting.

Custom building is just that... custom. Sometimes we make on-the-spot decisions alongside our homeowners and contractors, so they get a home that truly fits their life for years to come.
