Happy maintenance appreciation week to two guys who mean so much to Overture Ridgmar: Mike and Miguel!

Mike has been with us for over a decade, and Miguel is coming up on year four. We truly couldn’t imagine Ridgmar without them!

From dressing up as Santa and his elf at Christmas 🎅 to sharing laughs over Pictionary during team bonding, these two bring so much heart to our community. Behind all the fun, they work hard to keep our building running and make Ridgmar a wonderful place to call home.

Mike and Miguel, thank you for everything you do, big and small. We’re so grateful to have you on our team! 👏

Show these two some love in the comments! 💙

🌊☀️ BIG NEWS, RIDGMAR! ☀️🌊

We’re proud to announce that our pool is officially OPEN! 🎉
After a long wait and a beautiful remodel, it’s finally time to jump in, cool off, and enjoy everything summer has to offer.

Our pool is now more open than a bag of chips at a BBQ! 😄🏖️
Grab your towel, sunscreen, and your favorite float—we can’t wait to see everyone making a splash!

Happy swimming! 💦💙

🍋 Our Lemon Party was simply the zest! 🍋

Residents enjoyed a refreshing afternoon filled with delicious lemon treats, ice-cold lemonade, great conversations, and lots of laughter. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fun event!

A very special thank you to our wonderful resident, Beverly, for capturing these beautiful moments. We’re often so busy preparing and hosting our events that we forget to stop and take photos. Thankfully, Beverly is always so thoughtful and kind enough to help us preserve these special memories. We truly appreciate you! 💛
