🥂 This year’s Global Networking Event brought us to San Francisco to celebrate fifty years of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Gathering under the candlelight of City Hall with colleagues from around the world was a powerful reminder of the network behind every client we serve. A highlight for our team was Raleigh leading the Connect and Close roundtable, where agents from across the network traded ideas on turning relationships into results. We came home with new connections, fresh perspective, and a deeper appreciation for the legacy we are proud to carry here in Fort Worth.

🌆 We’re home from San Francisco and still thinking about the conversations we had at the Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event.

This year’s GNE celebrated fifty years of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, and it was a privilege to mark that milestone alongside agents from across the global network. Raleigh led the Connect & Close Round Table on negotiation at Moscone Center West, where agents from different markets compared notes on how they guide their clients through the most important moments of a deal.

To everyone who joined the session or made time to meet with us, thank you. Those relationships help us serve clients relocating to Fort Worth and those with homes in other markets.

September’s Market Minute is here, and Ridgmar Mall is finally coming down. 🏗️

If you grew up in Fort Worth, you’ve heard that one before. This time it’s real, and the site is making way for a warehouse and logistics campus.

Rates are still above 7%, and luxury buyers here are finding ways around them. The most common one is family. Parents are helping their kids buy a first home, then setting up the loan within the family at a rate the kids can actually live with.

If your home isn’t getting showings, it’s usually telling you something. Sometimes it’s price. Just as often it’s staging, marketing, or an incentive like a rate buydown or seller financing. Both are getting results on our own listings.

And yes, football is back. TCU hosts BYU on October 3rd, and there’s a new downtown spot with Wagyu tacos worth the trip after.
