🎉🎉 SO happy for our clients Terry and Lesa on a successful closing of their Texas home in !!

Their property offered way more acreage than the county had listed. Because I’ve been in this scenario a number of times I knew we had to have a copy of the survey to be able to use the acreage not being considered. This survey had no measurements 🤔 so to the title company plat team to calculate! Hello? More space = more value, on both home and land. So we gathered docs and marketed .4 acres more 😳 I made sure to send this huge difference to the appraiser to consider as well. 😉 Just a little inside scoop into how a seasoned agent who has been around the block a time or two has some tricks up her sleeve to help her clients make more 💰💰
