A little lakefront transformation in the making! 🌅

One of the best features of our Union City lakefront house is the absolutely beautiful views overlooking the lake.

Our walkout basement leads guests through a gated staircase down to the water. However, there was one little problem… getting across that pebble-covered area wasn’t exactly an enjoyable walk! The pebbles seemed to end up everywhere.

We started brainstorming ways to make better use of this space. And that’s when we discovered another surprise… an inground pool and hot tub buried underneath all that sand and stone!

Back to the drawing board we went!

After exploring our options, we decided the best solution was to repour the patio and create a beautiful, open outdoor space.

Now, guests will be able to walk right out of the basement onto a new cement patio. Enjoy the sunset, gather around the firepit, or take a stroll down to the lake without navigating that pebble mess!

We are so excited about this improvement and the possibilities it brings for our guests.
