📊 Where Are Mortgage Rates Right Now?

If you’re thinking about buying a home, here’s a quick look at the current average rates:

🏡 30-Year Fixed: 7.37%
🏡 15-Year Fixed: 7.04%
🏡 30-Year FHA: 6.99%
🏡 7/6 SOFR ARM: 6.81%
🏡 30-Year VA: 7.01%

📉 The good news: rates are down about 0.11% from last week on the 30-year fixed, 15-year fixed, and 0.16% on FHA and VA loans.

📈 Compared to a year ago, rates are still higher, but they remain below the 52-week high of 7.61% on the 30-year fixed.

Rates change daily, and the right loan depends on your credit, down payment, and goals. Talking to a trusted lender can help you understand your real numbers, and I’m happy to connect you with great local options!
