Estero Oaks is taking shape as masonry work approaches its next milestone.

The first two lifts of block and beam are complete, and our team is working on the final lift of masonry walls for the roof parapet. From there, work will move into setting steel joists and roofing, alongside exterior metal framing and stucco.

Each phase brings together the planning, coordination and hands-on expertise of our field crews and trade partners. Thank you to everyone contributing to the progress on site.

Arborwood Commons is in the final stretch.

The team is currently working through final inspections as we move closer to wrapping up the project. After months of construction, coordination, and attention to detail, it’s exciting to see everything coming together.

There’s nothing quite like reaching this stage of a project and seeing the finished space take shape.

The final details are coming together at our Dunkin' build-out.

Final inspections and punch-out work are underway as our team addresses the remaining items throughout the space. Up next is the final punch walk-through with the owner group as we prepare the project for turnover.

This stage is all about making sure every detail is addressed and the space is ready for the owner.

We’re looking forward to wrapping up the build-out and sharing the completed space soon.

Progress is becoming a lot more visible at Estero Oaks.

Since our last update, the building slab has been poured, the first lift of block is in place, and crews are now working on the first level of concrete tie beams.

After weeks of critical groundwork below the surface, the structure itself is beginning to take shape. It’s an exciting transition for the project and one that makes the progress easy to see.

We look forward to sharing more as Estero Oaks continues to rise.

A day on the course with the people who help build Southwest Florida.

GCG was glad to participate in and sponsor this year’s Bricks & Sticks Golf Tournament, hosted by the Lee Building Industry Association. It was a chance to connect with others in our industry while supporting the work of Lee BIA Builders Care.

A night away from the jobsite, spent with the people who make GCG what it is.
