Kelly Bainbridge Re/Max I am licensed in MD, DE, and FL. I am a very caring, energetic person with a passion for helping others.

A dynamic force in the real estate world, on Sanibel seamlessly blending the roles of a dedicated realtor, a nurturing mom to seven wonderful children, a wife to an amazing husband and a proud owner with my husband in a thriving Construction company. I am a wife, mother of 7 children, and an owner of a construction company for over 25 years. This is a huge part of my drive and passion for making things happen for my clients. My business ethic is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. I have worked with the building industry for many years and wanted to get into a different aspect of it. I went and got my real estate license about 4 years ago, best decision ever! I enjoy seeing the smiling faces on my clients when they see the home of their dreams and hearing their vision they have for that home. It makes my heart melt helping them make that dream of buying or selling their home come true! My knowledge and expertise from the construction field has helped me help my clients in so many ways. We live on a farm in Cecil County where it is the best place to unwind with the family. Horses are a passion of mine, which I love spending time with the kids riding our horses together. I also love spending time out on the boat and side by sides with family and friends.

You've spent years making your house feel like home, celebrating milestones, making each room your own, and turning neighbors into friends. As you look ahead to the next chapter of your life, it's natural to wonder if this is still the place you want to spend it.

You've probably heard the Federal Reserve (the Fed) is raising rates again. And if you're planning to buy or sell a house, you may be wondering what that means for you.
