NC/SC REALTOR, Realtor Meet Robin Hensel - Local Indian Land real estate specialist. She loves new construction, and home design.

Having moved across the country herself, she is happy to take the time required to help you find the perfect home; understanding that a home purchase is the single largest investment that most families will ever make. “This is not about getting a transaction for me, this is about finding the perfect home at the best price for my clients.” She listens to the clients needs and provides them with a wealth of information they need to have confidence in their home buying or selling decision. She is a seasoned professional that takes time to explain the process thoroughly and guide the clients through the process from start to finish. She completed The Interior Design Certificate Program in 2011. Experience in each of these areas inspired her to become a full-time real estate broker in 2012. She also studied the art of staging homes and receive a ASP® Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent designation in 2014. Supporting our military is also a high priority for Robin. She is a Certified Military Residential Specialist and is happy to assist active duty and former military families with their home purchase needs. Prior to her career in real estate, she and her husband were PA natives. They relocated to the South Charlotte area in 1987. Loving the Fort Mill/ Indian Land area, they chose to settle down and raise their 4 boys there and have no regrets about that decision. She was a homeschool mom and homeschool board member for many years, as well as, administrative assistant for her husband’s construction company. NC/SC Realtor 2012

🏡 **CLOSED in Carolina Reserves!** 🎉

Today I had the pleasure of celebrating the closing of this beautiful Carolina Reserves home—and what a wonderful transaction it was!

A special shout-out to my seller, who was absolutely terrific throughout the entire process. He kept the home in immaculate condition, made sure every detail was beautifully cared for, and even took the time to be there for the new homeowner’s final walkthrough to personally give her a tour and show her everything she needed to know about the home. The home was spotless, beautifully touched up, and truly ready for its next chapter. ❤️

And speaking of that next chapter… I welcome the buyer to the Indian Land community! 🎉 I’m so happy to have another new neighbor here in the community I’m proud to call home. I hope this home brings you many wonderful memories for years to come!

To my seller, congratulations on this new chapter! It was a pleasure helping you through the process, and I’m wishing you all the very best in what comes next. 🥂

If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling in Indian Land, Carolina Reserves, or the surrounding Charlotte-area communities, I’d love to be a resource for you. Whether you’re just starting to think about a move or you’re ready to make a plan, feel free to reach out. 🏡

UNDER CONTRACT in Indian Land!

Another Carolina Reserve home is officially UNDER CONTRACT!

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offered more than 3,100 square feet, a great floor plan, a fenced yard, outdoor living space, and all the amenities buyers love about Carolina Reserve.

⏱️ 51 days on the market

In today’s market, getting a home under contract isn’t just about putting a sign in the yard. Pricing, preparation, presentation, marketing, and knowing how to position a property for today’s buyers all matter.

And this is exactly why I love helping homeowners navigate the selling process. Every home—and every seller—needs a strategy that fits their situation.

Thinking about selling in Indian Land, Fort Mill, Lancaster, or the surrounding Charlotte area?

Before you put your home on the market, let's talk. I’d be happy to give you an honest look at what your home could potentially sell for, what buyers are looking for, and what you can do before listing to put yourself in the strongest position.

Not ready to sell yet? That’s okay! Send me a message and let’s start planning now. Sometimes the best time to prepare for a sale is months before you actually put that sign in the yard.

Today was a day I'll never forget.

It was an absolute privilege to sit beside my son, Christopher Hensel, and Allison Bell as they signed the paperwork for their very first home in Blythewood, South Carolina.

As a mom, my heart is overflowing with pride. Watching them reach this milestone reminds me just how quickly time passes and how exciting it is to see them building a life together. A first home is so much more than four walls—it's where memories will be made, holidays will be celebrated, and dreams for the future will begin to unfold.

Christopher and Allison, congratulations on this incredible accomplishment! You have both worked hard to get to this moment, and I couldn't be happier for you. May your new home always be filled with love, laughter, peace, and countless happy memories.

A special thank you to Misty Walker with Primus Mortgage for helping make their dream of homeownership a reality. Your guidance, professionalism, and support throughout the process were truly appreciated.

I feel incredibly blessed to have witnessed this special day—not only as their Realtor, but more importantly, as Mom.

Here's to new beginnings and the exciting adventures that await!

❤️ Robin

🏡 Family Milestone Alert! ❤️

I’m beyond thrilled to share that I had the joy of helping my son and daughter-in-law purchase their beautiful new home in York, SC! 🏠✨

This stunning home by Century Communities is built with quality and style — truly an exceptional find. Even better, their in-house lender was able to help them buy down their interest rate to an incredible 3.87%! 🙌

Mom moments like this remind me why I love what I do — helping people find a place to call home. 💕

Whether you’re looking to buy your dream home or sell your current one, I’d be honored to help make it happen for you too!

🏡 Another Happy Ending!
These wonderful clients were not just clients — they were also my friends and neighbors. 💛 Over time, navigating a two-story home became more difficult, and they knew it was time for a change. But finding a single-story home in our area under $300K? That’s no easy task!

After a long and thoughtful search, we finally found the perfect fit: a beautifully updated ranch home in Fort Mill with a gorgeous backyard — and best of all, NO HOA!

It took time and patience, but the result was worth it. I’m so happy they found the right home for their next chapter. Wishing them many joyful years ahead!

Thinking about downsizing or finding the “just right” home for this season of life? I’d love to help. 💬
