Once again I am honored to be recognized in list of agents 'Top 20 closed units 2025' in a brokerage that has over 1200 agents and growing. I dont know how but I gladly accept and appreciate. Closed units included both sales and rental transactions. There are many that believe that being a Realtor is easy however as the stats show the percentage of successful agents is miniscule compared to the total field of those gaining a license. It is far from a glamorous job, many moving parts must align to effect a contract, and it must be treated as a business thru and thru to be successful. I love what I do and appreciate my loyal client base that have seen value in me thru the years and continue to refer me.

Feliz Quinto! Cinco de Mayo is an annual celebration on May 5th commemorating Mexico's unexpected victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. While a minor holiday in Mexico, it is a major celebration of Mexican-American heritage in the United States. Parades, Tacos, Margaritas!!!!

So we had CRR Awards Social 2024 and I'm once more proud and honored to receive recognition as part of Millennium Club (Gold) and on list of Top 20 Agents Units Closed. I often wonder how I make such a list seeing there are over 1200 agents in the brokerage. I'm so very grateful for the recognition and most important to my loyal client base that remains steady and continues to refer me. I plan to continue to give you my best service!!!
