As professionals in the rental industry, we see a lot of poorly maintained properties and poorly treated tenants. We set ourselves apart by working with companies that have a similar mindset as we do.

Fix it Friday!

Leave it better than you found it is a core value when it comes to being a trade vendor. So many times, we follow trade vendors that leave a mess for someone else to clean up, including the resident! Gross.

If you need repairs done around the house, make sure you get quality. Cheap isn’t better.

✨Small Business Saturday. Tea time. ✨

OCD 4 U is founded on mental health awareness. 💚 Sometimes it is easy to let people walk all over you for the sake of business. Especially, being a woman in a male dominated industry, it is common to come across those that discriminate👷‍♀️, intentionally or not. KILLING with kindness is a great way to let go. Kindness doesn’t mean being nice or saying yes to every request. Honesty is the best policy.

Don’t be afraid of losing your biggest client 💸 and adapting. Be afraid of keeping your worst one. OCD is the disability and it can cause sleepless nights, hair pulling and overthinking a conversation that may never happen. As we say often, “we are not for everyone and everyone is not for us.”

It is with relief 😌 that we sent this final correspondence to a former client. If you are a landlord that follows the laws and does what’s in the best interest of the properties, tenants and owners, you need not worry. For the slumlord natured ones, it is only a matter of time before compliance for minimal standards are required.
