Hope Starts Here. The goal is to help people become productive, self-sufficient members of the community.

Fort Collins Rescue Mission provides emergency services to those experiencing homelessness in Fort Collins, including: overnight shelter and hot meals. In addition to hot meals and overnight shelter, FCRM provides a short-term transitional program for adult men and women called Steps to Success.

Have you seen it yet?👀

Denver7 just gave us all a first look at the NoCo Homeless Resolution Center. We can’t wait to welcome people through the doors in January.

It’s a space designed with care, where someone arriving on one of the hardest days of their life can feel at ease, know what to expect and be met with dignity.

This is only a glimpse of what’s to come. This is more than a building, more than a hot shower, more than a safe place to sleep, more than a meal. As one neighbor told Denver7, it’s “life-saving."

The Finishing Touches!

As construction continues toward completion in late November, more and more of the thoughtful details that will make the new Homeless Resolution Center a welcoming, functional, and dignified space are being installed!

Here are a few recent updates:

Landscaping: Landscaping has been added around the building.

Guest Beds: Individual shelves, reading lights, and outlets have been installed at each bed.

Front Desk: The front desk is officially in place!

Lighting: Light fixtures have been installed throughout the building.

Bathrooms: Waterproofing is complete, and tile installation is underway.

Every detail brings us one step closer to welcoming guests in Early 2027!

Celebrating Our Impact!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our second annual Celebration of Impact at The Lyric! It was a wonderful evening filled with meaningful conversations, reflections on the past year, and excitement for what lies ahead.

We are grateful for the continued support of our Northern Colorado community and the opportunity to celebrate another year of partnership, progress, and impact with Fort Collins Rescue Mission.

Today is World Homeless Day❤️

For 24 hours, we joined missions across Citygate Network for Conversations on a Bench to share stories, build connections and have honest conversations about homelessness.

From community leaders, people with lived experience, board members, staff, and more, these conversations reminded us that addressing homelessness takes all of us. It starts with listening, learning from one another and working together toward solutions that help our neighbors find stability, hope and a place to call home.

As Dennis, our President/CEO shared:

“The conversations don’t stop here. The conversations are only the beginning of more relationships, more collaboration and more opportunities to work to bring an end to homelessness, one life at a time.”

The livestream may be over, but the work continues here in Northern Colorado and beyond. Thank you to everyone who shared their stories and to everyone who continues to stand alongside our neighbors experiencing homelessness.❤️

A lot can change in a year!

Our Executive Director, Seth Forwood, sat down with Representative Andrew Boesenecker for a conversation outside our Homeless Resolution Center last week—just as they did one year ago.

And this is just the beginning of the conversations we’ll be having this October. 🪑

This Oct. 8–9, we’ll be joining a nationwide event, Conversations on a Bench, which brings people together for honest conversations about homelessness, community and hope.❤️

Congratulations to Ginger Graham of Ginger and Baker! 🎉

Ginger was recognized as a BizWest 2026 Women of Distinction honoree in the Outstanding Mentor category!

🏗️ Celebrating another week of construction progress!

Did you know?

The Homeless Resolution Center will offer recovery services through the new Pathways of Life Recovery Services, LLC (PLRS). This will improve the quality of care we provide—more licensed staff, stronger clinical oversight and the ability to integrate counseling services more fully into our services.

A special thank you to the Larimer County Behavioral Health Services Department 2026 Impact Fund! This funding will allow services like PLRS to provide behavioral health and substance-use care to those utilizing our recovery services who have little or no income and who are facing substance-use disorders and/or mental illness in Larimer County.
