📣Rare opportunity to secure 20 acres in the path of growth east of Dallas, surrounded by significant residential and commercial development.
🏡3 bed, 2 bath home and shop on the property are being sold As-Is.

🌳The acreage presents potential for a variety of future strategies, including commercial, industrial, retail, development, or long-term land investment, subject to buyer verification and applicable requirements.
⚡️The property is outside the city limits with no known restrictions, creating additional flexibility for buyers evaluating future opportunities.
‼️The surrounding area continues to attract new residential communities, businesses, infrastructure, and commercial investment—making this a compelling opportunity to secure acreage now in a rapidly expanding corridor and position for future growth.

HAPPY CLOSING, LEE ANNE! Even when we can’t be together in person, we can still celebrate a successful closing!♥️ Sometimes life changing for those we love isnt easy, but we are grateful and honored for the opportunity to walk alongside people during these times.
We also had a few extra hurdles to overcome with this one…Even through our final steps the remote closing system wouldn't cooperate, but we persevered together to get this one to the finish line! Thank goodness for FaceTime!🤪
We appreciate Lee Anne’s patience, trust, and understanding throughout the process. CONGRATULATIONS, Lee Anne!🎉🎉
