4 signed contracts. 39 appointments. Over 410 leads.
That's where Bridget in Hawaii sits with us right now.
Here's how it actually happened.
We launched two campaigns, one for buyers and one for downsizers, 15 miles around Honolulu and Diamond Head.
Both produced appointments in the first couple months.
Sounds great. It's actually the hardest place to be. Two campaigns working means no winner, and nothing to scale.
So we went to the only question that matters. What's closest to the money?
Any deals closed? Not yet.
Any contracts signed? Two.
So we went into the CRM and traced both of them back to the ad that produced them.
Both came from downsizers.
That was the whole answer. We shut the buyer campaign off and moved that budget into the ads producing signed paper.
Look at how different those two contracts got there.
Tony clicked the downsizing ad, filled out the form, finished the qualification survey, and booked himself a 15 minute discovery call on Bridget's calendar.
Ming clicked the same ad, filled out the form, and never touched the survey.
That's the lead most agents never hear from again.
Our ISAs were notified the second she came in and had her on the phone inside 5 minutes. Qualified her, confirmed her budget, put her on Bridget's calendar.
Both turned into contracts.
Bridget can close. That was never the question. Our job was finding out which ad was feeding her people worth closing.
Every lead handled. Every appointment tracked. And once we know what's closest to the money, we stop guessing and double down.
