Once my clients moved on to their next chapter earlier this year, I started getting their home ready to sell.👇🏼

We knew we had missed that hot spring market, but that didn’t mean we couldn’t still have a successful sale.

We prepared the home, listed it, stayed patient, made changes when needed, and kept moving forward.

Now we’re officially under contract. ❤️

Not every home sells at the so-called perfect time of year, and not every sale happens right away. Sometimes you need patience, a good plan, and the ability to adjust when needed.

There's something about a good porch in the fall, string lights, a couple of pumpkins, cool evening air. If I were hunting for that specific vibe, here's where I'd start looking.

Neighborhoods with covered porches and mature trees tend to deliver that cozy fall feeling best, think established areas in Flower Mound and parts of Aubrey with deep front yards and tree cover.
