Last Friday, we brought our construction team together for our Next Chapter Home Retreat!

Looking around that room, there was so much to be grateful for. We’ve grown over the years, and that growth wouldn’t be possible without the guys who have stuck with us year after year. Their loyalty, hard work & pride in what they do mean so much to us.

Nicholas John Thiele Sr. takes great pride in teaching these men what they can accomplish with their own two hands. Skills they can carry for a lifetime. The confidence to walk into a house that needs help & know they can turn it into a beautiful home for another family.

Every home we give its next chapter has these guys’ hard work behind it. Every kitchen where a family will gather. Every bedroom a child will make their own. They get to leave a little piece of their craftsmanship in someone else’s future.

For the past 10+ years, Buyers Club is the ONE monthly real estate meetup Nicholas John Thiele Sr. of Next Chapter Home has consistently shown up to. And there’s a reason for that.

You can walk into that room as the “little guy” - knowing nobody, still learning, handing out business cards & trying to figure out where to start.

Then you keep showing up. You build relationships. You put what you learn into action. And 10 years later? People know your name. They know your business. They’ve watched you grow.

From day one, Nick looked to Bryan Schroeder & the businesses he founded & built over the years - FasterHouse, FasterFreedom & FasterFunds Lending - for examples of what was possible. He learned, followed that example & put in the work to build Next Chapter Home.

Today, we’re proud to call Bryan our friend AND business partner. How cool is that?! It’s been a true game changer.

But it all started with CONSISTENCY.

Sometimes we get so busy walking houses, making offers & managing renovations that it’s good to pause & remember WHY we do it.

For the family selling, it might mean relief. An inherited home they weren’t sure what to do with. Years of belongings to sort through. Repairs they couldn’t take on. We get to help them move forward.

For the next family, it’s a home to settle into, gather around the table & start making memories of their own.

That’s the part of our work we take so much pride in. Every home we walk has a story - and we’re grateful for the opportunity to help carry it forward.

There’s been a lot of chatter in the investment community lately… interest rates are up, longer days on market & sellers who still seem to have 2022 prices in mind.

But we are STILL walking properties. STILL making offers. And STILL buying!

There’s no backing down with Nicholas John Thiele Sr. and the Next Chapter Home Team. We believe in our team, the work we do & the finished homes we put back on the market for their next families.

That doesn’t mean every deal works - but we’ll keep showing up to find the ones that do!

The days are getting shorter, but we’re pushing forward through this fall season.
