Today, the Nickel Plate District is full of residents, businesses, and community activations that have brought downtown Fishers to life. Getting there took time and thoughtful planning, and work continues with the development of CityView and other important projects.

Thank you to everyone at City of Westfield - Government, CPM Construction Planning and Management, Inc., and Hudson Investing for joining us at today's groundbreaking ceremony for Ambrose on Main.

The $27 million investment brings apartment homes, retail, and restaurant space to the eastern gateway of downtown.

Signature55 Carmel, a public-private partnership with the City of Carmel and Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation, covers more than four acres on Old Meridian Street.

City of Carmel Mayor Sue Finkam and the Carmel Redevelopment Commission advanced plans for the City’s newest development to the Carmel City Council, a collaboration among key groups that features highly sought-after housing options for active older adults, as well as dedicated park space.
