We’re excited to announce the development of a new affordable housing community in Fargo, North Dakota, furthering our commitment to creating impact housing opportunities in communities where they are needed most.

Projects like this are only possible through strong partnerships and a shared vision for expanding access to affordable housing. We are grateful for the collaboration and support of our development partners, including BVH Architecture, Summit LIHTC Consulting LLC, MBN ENGINEERING, INC., Braun Intertec Corporation, and Impact Housing Indiana Corp.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the The City of Fargo, North Dakota Department of Commerce, North Dakota Housing Finance Agency, WNC & Associates, and Citi Community Capital all who made this community project possible.

Behind every successful development is a dedicated team working to turn vision into reality. There’s something special about seeing a vision become reality and welcoming residents into a community designed to create opportunity, stability, and connection. Yesterday, we had the privilege of celebrating the grand opening of Union at Rivers Edge in Des Moines.
