⭐️When everyone else is panicking is the time to “PIVOT” and make it happen!!! ⭐️I think the best advantage for agents who went thought this last downturn was this…..So many over leveraged Realtors in 2008/2009 and then many of the best agents pivoted and grew because so many more transactions actually happen during market changes. Why you may ask?… well when the market was like it was past 4 years home inventory was extremely low so less deals. When inventory goes up soooo many more chances for deals even if less buyers and people need Real Estate Brokers to help them navigate even more. Go out and make it happen I’m very excited for 4th Quarter 26 which started today and all of 2027 time to list and sell!!!!!.
