Our last meeting before our summer break is tomorrow – Tuesday, May 12, at 7:00 pm at the Elks (900 W Melrose)!

We're calling it "The Good, the Bad, and the Tenants" – a lighthearted, fun, and engaging evening of sharing stories, tips, questions, etc., from our experiences as landlords. Bring your fun or helpful stories to share or questions to ask the group. Jim Staschiak will moderate our evening together.

Thanks to the 4 Republican candidates for Hancock County Commissioner (Rachel Rader, Orion Jones, Gina Campbell, and Tim Bechtol) for coming to our meeting last night and sharing their views and platforms, and to our VP Jim Staschiak for moderating! It was a great discussion.

Our next meeting is tonight (Tuesday, February 10) at 7:00 pm at the Elks (900 W Melrose in Findlay).

We will hear from Steve Welton and Charity Rauschenberg from the Hancock County Auditor's office. They will share about the property tax increase and its effects on landlords, as well as the homestead act, and various other topics. Please bring your questions for them, too!
