Today we're introducing Katie Diaz, Realtor, ERA Fernandina Beach Realty!

Originally from Southern California, Katie moved to Amelia Island with her family in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the area. Having always had an interest in homes, interior design and real estate, she found the perfect opportunity to turn that passion into a career when ERA agent Kelli Allen, who helped her family relocate, invited her to join her team.

After working alongside Kelli on more than 40 real estate transactions, Katie is now helping clients of her own. She especially enjoys working with families relocating to Amelia Island and helping them discover everything that makes this community such a special place to call home.

Outside of real estate, Katie enjoys spending time with her kids at the beach, exploring the trails at Wildlight, visiting local restaurants and giving back through her church and Keep Nassau Beautiful.
