🏡 Apparently, everyone’s moving to NC, and I’m not complaining! 😂

All the way from Utah, these sweet buyers trusted me to find their home sight unseen, thanks to a referral from past clients! ❤️

A few bumps in the road (okay, maybe more than a few 🤪), but these two were absolute champs through it all!

And the best part? They LOVE their new home! 🥹❤️

Welcome to NC, y’all! 🏡🥂

Another New Yorker officially converted to a North Carolinian! 😂🗽➡️🌲

My friend’s mom decided it was time to sell her home in New York, pack up, and head south to join us here in North Carolina AAAAAAAND… I got to be her Realtor on the NC side and help her find the perfect place to call home. 🏡🔑
Trading NY traffic, cold winters, and snow shovels for sweet tea, sunshine, and Southern living… I’d say she made a pretty good trade.
It’s always special helping a client find a home, but when it’s someone connected to a friend, it makes handing over those keys just a little sweeter. 🤍

Welcome to North Carolina!

When your clients AND their fur son aren’t there for the closing photo… you improvise. 😂 Thank you, AI, for bringing the whole family together. 🏡🐾🔑
Congratulations to this gorgeous Family on closing on their first home today 🎉
I loved being your agent 🫶🏽

A little real estate first for me 👀

My first manufactured-home listing—and this one happens to come with 1.25 acres in Raeford.

1039 Edgewater Dr. has been so well maintained and is truly move-in ready. I love the open layout, the arched entry into the kitchen, the island and hooded vent, plus the extra den when you want a little separation from the main living space.

Outside? A fenced backyard, back porch and plenty of land to enjoy.

And you’re still conveniently located near schools, shopping and Fort Bragg.

No project list waiting for you here. Just bring your toothbrush. 🪥

Today’s finish line came with a front door key instead of a medal. 🏅🔑
Huge Congrats to my Buyers. Couldn’t be happier for you two 🥰

The next I’m handing over the keys. 🔑

Thankful to be part of the journey. ❤️
Now it’s time to enjoy that house… plus he’s got a lot more room to store all those running shoes! 😂👟👟
