Congratulations to these two on getting married AND buying their first home all in the month of September!! It’s been a whirlwind to say the least, and it was such an honor to get to walk them through the process of buying their first home.

Each transaction is different and this one was no exception! It was such a joy to work with both buyers and seller on this one. I typically avoid dual agency due to conflicts of interest, but this situation was different and I broke my personal rule just this once after both parties requested that I do so. I’m glad I did, because this was my smoothest transaction I’ve had all year!

My last closing of the year was extra special because my sweet sister bought her first home!!! I am such a proud big sister and loved getting to help guide her through the transaction. Cherry on top was that the closing was a family affair 🥰. Congratulations, Kaylie!! Seriously so proud of you!!

Noah’s 5th closing!! We’ve made it into a habit to bring our son to every personal closing we have, but this fifth one was the most special yet because it was for our new home!! We really enjoyed living in Springdale but are excited to be back in Fayetteville. Can’t wait to make new memories!

Had the pleasure of representing our neighbors/dear friends in the purchase of their new home! There were a lot of moving pieces with this deal and a snaffu at the final walk through that resulted in some last minute negotiations and us being 45 minutes late to the closing table! It also resulted in me forgetting to snap a picture 🤣. Anyway, we got it figured out and CLOSED! So thankful to get to do what I do.

Shout out to ! They just cleaned one of our rental properties after a move out and did a fantastic job! I’ve always been highly impressed with them and wanted to take the opportunity to brag on them.

Congrats to these two on selling their first home and buying their second!! It was a joy to get to help them navigate both sides. We ended up closing at $36k over their asking price AND I was able to negotiate them an extra two weeks of occupancy post closing so that they could take their time moving into their new home. Win win 🥳🙌🏼!

Congratulations to my now former neighbor, Mike, on his new home!!! This was a bittersweet one since we had to say goodbye to one of the best neighbors we could have hope for! Sad to not be neighbors but so happy for you to become a home owner!

Whew! What a week! I closed or got these 4 houses under contract within the past week, so if you’ve seen me running around like a crazy person- that’s why. It’s been a joy helping each of my clients navigate through different challenges to get to the finish line. I am so thankful for this opportunity!

Got this cute little Bella Vista gem under contract for my sellers the same day it hit the market! A full day of showings and multiple offers meant that I was able to negotiate a few extra perks for my clients! So so excited for them!!
