Deal Properties is proud to welcome Penny Breeding and Phantasa Rose of Pointer Home Team to our brokerage! A mother-daughter real estate team, Penny and Phantasa have built their business around a simple belief: Our family helping yours. Penny became a REALTOR® in 2018 after a career centered around education, social services, and helping families. Phantasa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and became a REALTOR® in 2020 after working in social services and employee wellness. Together, they serve buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families throughout West and Central Alabama with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to real estate. Their work has also grown beyond the traditional real estate transaction. Phantasa's roots in the coalfields of Southwest Virginia and their family's connection to Alabama's coal industry inspired the creation of Alabama Coal—an initiative focused on helping hardworking families navigate relocation, establish roots in Alabama, and stay connected to the communities that brought them here. Through the Alabama Coal Legacy Fund, Penny and Phantasa are also building giving directly into their real estate business, personally setting aside a portion of what they earn from closings to help hardworking families with tangible needs.
