While one family was opening the door to their new home in Somerset, our client was getting ready to open a whole new door of her own in swanseamass

I had the pleasure of working alongside Realtor Susan Martins Raposa and co-broking with Joshua Frias to help make this new beginning possible!

One of the things I love most about being a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, South Watuppa is when fellow agents trust me enough to help their clients. Thank you Susan.

Because when that happens, I get the opportunity to witness not just the ending of one chapter, but the beginning of another. โค๏ธโœจ

As we closed the door on this wonderful home in Town of Somerset, I had the pleasure of co-broking with Derek Viveiros-Amaral and Associates Real Estate whose clients are now opening that very same door to their next chapter! ๐Ÿ’ซ

Hearing all the plans they have to make this house their own truly warms my heart. There is something so special about watching a house become someone elseโ€™s HOME ๐Ÿก

โค๏ธ THE WOMEN OF KW SOUTH WATUPPA! โค๏ธ

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but there arenโ€™t enough words in the world to express my gratitude for these incredible women!

Look at this photo! โค๏ธ These incredible women have literally helped lift me closer to my dreams! And while I may have needed a little extra height (short girl problems ๐Ÿ˜‚), the truth is, I could NEVER have reached this moment without them lifting me up every step of the way! โค๏ธ

Their love, their support, their encouragement, and most importantly, their TIME. Something we all know is one of the most valuable gifts anyone can give.

Today, a new door opened for the very first time! ๐Ÿšชโค๏ธ A dream became a reality, ๐Ÿ’ซโœจand I cannot wait to open that door again!

This year has been all about making dreams come true, and today was one of those moments I will carry in my heart forever.๐Ÿ’ž

To each of these amazing women, THANK YOU! For believing in me, showing up for me, giving your time, and being part of something that means more to me than you will ever know.

๐Ÿฅน My 89-year-old dad got to watch the show via FaceTime, and my aunt Valerie, who drove miles to be there for well, she and never missed a moment, they got to see it all happen before their eyes. ๐Ÿฅน

This adventure in life has taken me so far out of my comfort zone, and life is absolutely amazing!

I canโ€™t stop talking about DDPY! ๐Ÿ˜‚

DDPY has been one of the most beneficial parts of my journey on Life on Kim's Way a path to better living.

It showed me that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE and that the bravest thing I can be is MYSELF!

I still get excited thinking about my 2024 Positively Unstoppable shout-out! But we ALL know that the Kim of TODAY is DEFINITELY POSITIVELY UNSTOPPABLE! ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ”ฅ

Iโ€™ve watched so many humans change their lives through this program. And whenever someone comes at me with an excuse, I always say, โ€œTell me your excuse, and Iโ€™ll introduce you to someone whoโ€™s gonna call your bullsh*t!โ€ ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ’ช

But the BEST part? THE HUMANS! โค๏ธ
