One thing we’re thankful we left back in 1985? Those mortgage rates! 😂 The average 30-year fixed rate was a whopping 12.43% back then, compared to 7.24% today! 😱

At least we don’t need a flux capacitor to escape those 1985 interest rates! ⚡️
