On day six, when God created all the living animals, big and small, “God saw that it was good”. Truly it is good to love an animal/ pet, and to be loved in return, unconditionally. I rescued my MoMo, my Moses, when he was 5 1/2 from a couple who was not very nice to him. They kept him confined and tethered. How blessed we were to find each other. He lived another 7 years, with much of his time shared with Fennie and Chloe. I feel peace in the midst of my heartache, knowing that he had a wonderful life with us.

This one was bittersweet, because the sellers were our cherished neighbors and friends. The kind of neighbors who always had a smile on their faces.
