Congratulations on your new home! It’s such a perfect fit for you—space to call your own, a place for Jaime’s cousin, and plenty of room to welcome Frankie’s family when they visit. I hope it’s filled with laughter, love, and wonderful memories.

Before you take the kids out Trick-or-Treating in Halloweentown, stop over at this Wyoming Area Double Header Halloween Open House. 242 E Pettebone St in Wyoming and 1005 Wyoming Ave in Exeter will both be open from 11-1 pm on Halloween Saturday, October 31st. Let me tell you a story. A couple months ago, Michelle Poluskey gave Sandy my name. Jimmy and Sandy were going to bring Jimmy’s mom to live with them and needed a ranch but it needed a garage, preferably a big one. They wanted to stay in Wyoming Area but were willing to looking anywhere within the valley. So we set out to find the perfect house. You know what they say in real estate - Location, Location, Location! When this ranch home with multiple garages was listed by The Great (Tracy) Zarola in K**b Hill, they had to see it. Amanda was able to get them in there while I was away and they saw the potential. Was it perfect? Not exactly. Is it something that Jimmy would make perfect? Absolutely! Sandy had already picked out her dream kitchen. Jimmy is ready to make dreams come true. I’m excited to get a piece of the wallpaper from the bathroom. Thanks to Clarissa Meade from First Keystone for funding it, Kendra at Michael Bailey’s office for doing the title work, Tracy for being great to work with again, and none of this would be possible without Michelle giving them my contact. Good luck! I can’t wait to see how it turns out!

What a crazy transaction!!! Most deals have an unexpected hiccup or two. This one was a rollercoaster ride the entire time. There were missing permits, title issues that required a last minute survey, undisclosed insurance claims, and property line disputes. Let me tell you it was HARD. But we made it. Mike and Liv are the proud owners of this beautiful home in Pittston, Huddy has a pool he gets to swim in all winter, and Hailee, well, she slept through most of it! I can’t wait to hear about all the stories and memories that will be created here. Congratulations!!! 🍾🎊

Congratulations to Jim & Peggy Helveston! I had the pleasure of helping them sell their Exeter ranch so they could relocate to the country. Making a life altering change can be scary. We came with a plan. We provided our contacts to help with getting everything hauled out of the basement, movers to pack up all their stuff and take it their new place, and handymen to handle the small repairs to get their home market ready. They did a great job prepping the house for the sale that we were able to negotiate a great deal for them. Thank you for trusting me to help you sell your house. Congratulations Ryan!

You never know where the road is going to take you in life. I helped Ryan buy this house several years ago. He wanted to start a portfolio to make extra money while working for Apple. The road turned and he opened up a business. That business got popular so he was opening up another shop. He had recently purchased another house and was planning on fixing this one up to rent it out again. After a couple of contractors weren’t able to finish the job they were hired to do, Ryan called and just had too much on his plate to deal with and asked me to help him sell it. Tenants can make or break a deal. We had a two hour window to show the occupied side of the double block. We were able to get about a dozen buyers and agents through the occupied side and ended up with multiple offers. Coordinating showings in occupied rentals is one of the harder parts of selling multi-family homes. We successfully closed on this multi and Ryan is ready to open his newest Sword and the Stone shop in the Laurel Mall. Go check it out! Congrats again Ryan. I’m glad I was able to help you get this sold, buddy!

Congratulations to the Seitzingers!! Thanks for trusting me throughout the process. This house was a great stepping stone to get your back to the area and figure out where you wanted to go next. Good luck in the new house! Dave and I both spent a lot of our youth in this house with the Skurskys. It feels like the end of an era.
